Current Services

Individual coaching for a plant-based diet

Designed to help you either get started with a plant-based diet and lifestyle or to further develop and enhance your current plant-based diet. My focus is on helping you clean and organize your kitchen, meal planning, consideration of specific foods, recipes, and assisting with food shopping. 

  • 4, one-hour sessions, either by phone or video 

  • Price: $399 paid in full via Venmo, bank transfer or check

 

Intro to POWER UP Program (2 quarters/22 weeks)

This is an amazing introduction to the POWER UP Program and an opportunity to tune in to specific habits while you start to make a change and connect with a dynamic community. Included in the Intro Program:

  • Weekly live ZOOM calls and access to recorded calls

  • Group support from our dynamic community 

  • 1:1 monthly coaching calls

  • Invitation to annual retreats for program members

  • Discounts on various retreats with PeaksandPoses Trail Yoga

  • Membership to private POWER UP SLAK group

  • Access to the BODY Thrive Resource Hub designed by Cate Stillman, my mentor, and author of Body Thrive

  • Price: $1299, $500 deposit, balance is paid over the next 3 months

 

POWER UP Program (4 quarters/full year)

This is an amazing program to dive into your own health and wellness goals and gain body wisdom and integrity, as we learn the 10 habits of Ayurveda.

  • 1:1 monthly coaching calls

  • Invitation to annual retreats for program members

  • Discounts on various retreats with PeaksandPoses Trail Yoga

  • Membership to private POWER UP SLAK group

  • Price: $2020, $500 deposit, balance is paid over the next 3 months. 10% discount if paid in full

Nancy is a positive coach who works hard to include all members. She encourages all members to take risks and provides a supportive environment for all members to share their successes, no matter how small. Each week that we meet live online, Nancy encourages people to "brag" about what went well the previous week. She also supports any member who may feel that their week did not go as well as they wished. ~CS
