This is a 6-week series of workshops to help you start your new year in AMAZING health. Tune up your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
Each Sunday at 10:00 am a wellness professional will be leading a 60-90 minute activity and/or discussion around a different topic. All of these topics focus on self care for ourselves and our family. When you feel good anything is possible. Check out these amazing women.
