I founded PeaksandPoses in 2014 to join two of my passions: yoga and hiking. PeaksandPoses offers a variety of trail yoga events that integrate yoga poses, mind-body awareness, and a reconnection with oneself, others and the beauty of New England and beyond. 

Living in balance with nature is a theme that has run throughout my life.  Whether I was summiting a mountain top, watching a waterfall or just breathing in fresh air, I have found peace and serenity in the great outdoors. My love of our land has led me to hiking, backpacking, snow shoeing, and camping through the changing seasons of New England and beyond.


PeaksandPoses continues to grow and evolve as I continue to expand and develop my passion for living in balance with nature through my exploration of Ayurveda and yoga.

POWER UP, is a habit-changing program based on the principles of Ayurveda one of the world's oldest whole-body healing systems, based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Through this supportive program, you develop deeper integrity with yourself and learn how to design your life with greater ease, healthier eating habits, better sleep, and a toolbox of self-care practices.
