Founded by Nancy Wind, PeaksandPoses was launched by bringing yoga out of the studio and into nature, like yoga without borders. Trail Yoga events integrate yoga poses, mind-body awareness, and a connection with oneself and others surrounded by the beauty of New England and beyond. 

Living in balance is a theme that has run throughout my life.  Whether I was summitting a mountain top, watching a waterfall or just breathing in fresh air, I have found peace and serenity in the great outdoors. My love of our land has led me through the changing seasons of New England, hiking, backpacking, snow shoeing, and camping.

 

My business continues to grow and evolve as I continue to expand and develop my passion for living in balance with nature through my exploration of yoga and Ayurveda.

 

PeaksandPoses now offers My Body Thrive, a year long online habit-changing course based on the principles of Ayurveda and yoga wisdom. Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest whole-body healing systems, based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.

 

Seasonal cooking classes are sprouting up too as I learn about the positive health impact eating seasonally has on your inner and outer body.
