In 2010, I completed a 200-hour teacher training called The Yoga of Energy Flow, led by Daniel Orlansky and Liz Owen. This program combined a core study of Vinyasa Flow Yoga with an exploration of Iyengar-based alignment. I am a registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Integrating my studies, my own yoga practice, and class experiences, I developed Vinyasa Flow classes that unite postures, breath, and mindfulness. My intention is to assist and guide students in developing greater clarity and to discover their own inner strength through yoga.
