Beginner/Intermediate Snowshoe/Plant Based Cooking Get Away

Join PeaksandPoses for a 2 night/2 day snowshoe, Plant Based Cooking Get Away in The White Mountains. Take care of yourself and have fun with a dynamic group of people

Where: We'll be staying at The Notch Hostel located in North Woodstock NH in the White Mountains National Forest

​Cost:  $350 for this unique retreat includes: 2 nights at the hostel, 2 breakfast, 2 lunches, 1 dinner/dessert, a guided snowshoe, short yoga class, self care AND a plant based cooking workshop.

​Lodging: We will be staying at The Notch Hostel in shared bunk rooms. The Notch has social distancing rules for us to follow. The Notch is a beautifully renovated farm style home owned by Serena Ryan (who is an awesome woman) which serves as base camp to the White Mountains. Serena and her staff are so warm and hospitable. My stays here always feel like home. The Notch provides linens, blankets, towels, organic soap, coffee, tea and much more.

​Meals: Plant-Based dining at The Notch. Two breakfasts, Saturday appetizer and dinner and trail lunch for Saturday. We will cook Sunday's lunch. 

Activities: Our weekend includes snow shoeing and/or hiking with microspikes (all weather dependent). Weather and trail conditions will be taken into account to plan our hike. Sunday will be a plant-based cooking workshop which we can enjoy for lunch. 

​Equipment: You must have your own snowshoes and microspikes. REI rents snowshoes.

What's the refund policy?

There will be a refund if you cancel 21 days prior to the trip. Full refund if the spot can be filled before the day of the trip.
