Celebrate Spring with yoga and hiking in The Blue Hills Reservation

Spring is springing so get yourself outside for a fabulous day right outside of Boston. This is a perfect hike if you want to get in better shape to hike bigger mountains this summer. It would be rated as an moderate/intermediate hike with some of the steep rocky parts. We'll be hiking the Skyline Trail to Buck hill and practice yoga along the way. This is a beautiful trail with amazing views. I have found a beautiful spot for a brief meditation to ground you for the rest of your day. Roundtrip is 3+ miles. There is rocky terrain so wear hiking boots or sturdy sneakers. Please dress in layers and wear no cotton. Bring water and a snack. Arrive 15 minutes early as we will leave promptly at 9:00. We'll meet at the Bulletin Board in the Hougton Ponds parking area.
