About the Event

Put your boots down and hike for racial justice and equity in the outdoors. Hike The Blue Hills Reservation with Team Peaksandposes to continue Summits in Solidarity's 2026 Spring hike-a-thon. The Spring hike-a-thon started on March 21st and ends June 21st. The organization's goal is to raise $50,000 for two New England organizations and each mile we hike helps to reach this goal.
Summit's in Solidarity is a non profit organization, founded by Serena Ryan, owner of The Notch Hostel, (many of you have stayed here for our NH retreats) in the aftermath of George Floyd's murder. The organization hosts annual events/fundraisers and each year donates all proceeds to two New England communities of color working to combat oppression, meet basic financial needs, and reduce barriers to outdoor access.
