About the Event
Have you been to Whitehall Lake in Hopkinton? It's a gorgeous 6 mile trail around the lake. You'll get lost in the beauty and forget that you are so close to Boston.
We'll meet at the trailhead and venture off. We'll stop along the way for some short yoga practices. We'll take time to honor the elements-earth, air and water.
Dress in layers. Bring snacks, water and/or lunch.
