About the Event
We'll take some time to stretch before we start our hike on the Skyline Trail to Buck Hill. Our hike will be 3.5-5 miles. Expect to hike up and down rocky terrain so hiking boots or thick-soled sneakers are best. We'll stop off at a secret  Zen Garden for some yoga and meditation. Let's connect with ourselves and the earth today.Â
Pack a backpack with layers for varying weather, water, and lunch.Â
