Trail Yoga/hike the Blue Hills Reservation

Spring will have sprung so get yourself outside. This is a perfect hike to explore Boston or if you want to get in better shape to hike bigger mountains this summer. We'll be hiking the Skyline Trail (a moderate level trail) to Buck hill and practice yoga along the way. This is a beautiful trail with amazing views along the way. Roundtrip is 3+ miles. There is rocky terrain so wear hiking boots or sturdy sneakers. Please dress in layers and wear no cotton. Bring water and a snack. Arrive 15 minutes early as we will leave promptly at 9:30. We'll meet at the Bulletin Board in the Hougton Ponds parking area.
