This is the 2nd of a series of 3 workshops focusing on a Whole foods/Plant Focused lifestyle BUT you can sign up for just this one too. Each workshop covers an array of action steps such as: pantry clean up, food prep, mindful eating, diversification of food, seasonal eating, cooking with spices, and the myth of protein. There will be a live cooking demonstraion and recipes provided.
We have the ability to fuel our body and live a life free of disease with a greater understanding of a plant focused diet. We don’t have to give up animal products but by adding more nutrient dense plants, legumes, beans, grains, nuts, seeds and fruits, we can keep our gut healthier, our mind clearer and align more with nature and our planet's resources. Medical research is showing how a plant focused diet can reduce the risk of many chronic diseases.
