Intro to POWER UP
(2 quarters/6 months)
The Introductory Program may be started at the beginning of any quarter. Through POWER UP, participants can make meaningful changes in their habits that may result in: increased energy, less stress, a better night's sleep, a healthier diet, nourishing self care and an opportunity to live your life with more vitality and ease.
You will begin to understand how tuning into the daily rhythms of nature will have a positive effect on your lifestyle. After two quarters you may extend your membership to a full year. Your connection with a dynamic community is priceless and life changing.
