Ringing in the New Year

Wow! Thanksgiving has come and gone and now our society begins the countdown to Christmas (not really Chanukah) and then to ringing in the New Year. Take a moment to breathe and catch your breath as this time of year doesn’t have to be nuts. If it is, what are you doing to help yourself slow down and enjoy? How will you be able to take each day as a gift and feel at ease about decorating your home, buying presents, planning a meal and entertaining family and friends. It is possible to feel calm through this potential storm. Not sure how then read further.

We are approaching a new decade which for me is very exciting! There are so many possibilities for growth. For you, it may be scary thinking about your future but this is an amazing time to take a looooooooooooong pause and ask yourself….

What do I want for myself in the New Year. How do I want to feel, live and look in 2020? What habits or behaviors aren’t serving me anymore? What would I like to replace? How can I bring more ease into my life?

I don’t know about you, but I want to feel on the top of the world each and every day. For me that means, steady energy throughout my day, a deep rejuvenating night of sleep, a strong digestive system, a clear, focused mind, a clean, lean body and strong loving connections with my family and friends. I want to feel ALIVE in every tissue, muscle and cell of my body. How bout you?

I didn’t change and acquire all of these healthy habits overnight. I have been consistently working on them for the past 18 months in small incremental steps, sometimes referred to as kaizen. I have been studying the wisdom of Ayurveda and learning to live in a flow with the natural rhythms of the day. I am a few years away from turning 60 and every day I am taking steps toward greater health, vitality and longevity.

For the last year, I have been coaching and working with a dynamic group of other people to do the same. So what do you envision for yourself for your new decade? How important is your health and diet? How will you make changes? Who will support you on your path? If you’re not sure, you may want to consider my year long POWER UP Program.

My program follows the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda as we replace old patterns of behavior with those that align with the rhythms of the day. This program works, it has changed my life and others too. This is not 1:1 coaching but a program based in a structure of a dynamic group. You do not need to live locally or even leave your home. There are people in my program from New York, Pittsburgh and Ohio.

If I have peaked your interest, please send me an email right away to set up a wellness check in phone call and see if this program is right for you. I am only opening up 3 slots for January when a new quarter starts. If you join in 2019, you’ll save 20% as the program’s price will increase in 2020.
