If you don’t know me, let me tell you that I spend a lot of time in my kitchen. I LOVE to cook simple, colorful and delicious meals that are inspired by Ayurveda. Over the last few years, I have integrated many Ayurveda habits into my lifestyle especially seasonal eating. Alongside that I have embraced a plant based diet. I just tried this recipe from Eat, Feel Fresh, A Contemporary Plant Based Ayurvedic cookbook written by Sahara Rose Ketabi and it’s amazingly delicious and rich in flavor and spice.
